CHARGES

Your credit card will be charged by CANCUN.IO with the deposit amount of the reservation. The balance is paid in full to the tour operator on the day of the tour. This can be paid by Cash or Credit Card.

Our website is 100% secure, which can be identified by the green lock next to the domain name in the top left corner.

We do not retain or store credit card information. All payments are processed by Stripe payment processing.

Once the charge is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with additional information (e.g. pick up time, etc.).

The email is not required to join the tour. It is simply used as a reference and reminder.

In case of Tropical storm or Hurricane we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to request additional information (charge authorization form and ID) to guarantee the cardholder protection and prevent identity theft.

REFUNDS

Cancellations made 48 hrs before your service = 100% Refund

Cancellations made between 36 hrs and 48 hrs before your service = 80% Refund

Cancellations made between 24 hrs and 36 hrs before your service = 50% Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before your service = No Refund

No Show = No Refund
